Description:
Youth Employment Services Foundation (YESF) will collaborate with community partners to deliver a curriculum that focuses on pre-employment and skills development (such as French revision, resiliency workshops, and employability workshops). YESF will also engage employers to participate in the project on the Advisory committee, as mentors, volunteers and presenters; and, recruit 25 women participants to build a cohesive, holistic program to address barriers to entering the workforce.
