Description:
With their 13 local affiliate partners, the Dress for Success Canada Foundation (DFSCF) will facilitate a continuum of pre-employment training, job-retention training, skills development, mentorship, access to professional networks, and a community of support for 500 women and non-binary individuals across Canada. This project seeks to mitigate the disproportionate number of women, non-binary individuals, and women of colour who are unemployed and financially dependent.
