Description:
The objective of the Canadian Refugee Initiative is to provide and test pre-employment and skill development supports through community connections, resources, and internships to racialized women, women who have been out of work for a prolonged amount of time, and women who have disabilities. These supports include foundational and transferable skills training and wrap-around supports. Canadian Refugee Initiative will also work with employers to provide and test models to improve workplace inclusivity.
