In projects where employers are involved, the program will work with the employers to improve access to employment, or retention in the workplace to improve programming for women in target groups.

The Expected Results of the Women's Employment Readiness (WER) pilot program are: .- Project participants gain access to pre-employment training and wrap-around supports to improve their specified foundational and transferable skills and labour market outcomes;.- Employers increase their awareness of inclusivity barriers in their workplace and adopt measures to improve and become more inclusive.- Training providers gain a better understanding of effective training and supports for the target groups
