Description:
The objective of the Sectoral Workforce Solutions Program is to help employers and workers by supporting key sectors of the economy develop and implement solutions to address their immediate, emerging and longer-term workforce needs and challenges. Organizations will be encouraged to develop partnerships with industry stakeholders, employers and workers to ensure their project outputs meet the needs of the sector. The SWSP will support a range of workforce development activities, including: sector-specific training and reskilling initiatives; workforce solutions for employers; other creative solutions, standards and tools; and initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
