Sectoral Workforce Solutions Program
Program Purpose:

The purpose of the Sectoral Workforce Solutions Program (SWSP) is to support employers and workers in key sectors by funding organizations to develop and implement practical and innovative industry-driven solutions to changing labour supply, skills and employment needs. Organizations will be encouraged to develop partnerships with industry stakeholders, employers and workers to ensure their project outputs meet the needs of the sector. The SWSP will support a range of workforce development activities, including: sector-specific training and reskilling initiatives; workforce solutions for employers; other creative solutions, standards and tools; and initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
