The expected outcomes are: -Create an evidence base on the effectiveness of WISE for vulnerable populations in Canada
-Estimate quantitatively and qualitatively the impacts of WISE interventions on immediate, medium and long term social and labour market outcomes for participants
-Provide estimates on the return on investment of WISE interventions
-Build and strengthen partnerships between academic researchers and WISE practitioners
-Build with participating WISE their capacity to measure and report on social outcomes
