The funding supports projects that enable seniors to age at home under two streams:
• In-Home Support Pilot Projects
• Scaling Up for Seniors.
In-Home Support Pilot Projects stream
Provides funding to seniors-serving organizations to expand delivery of volunteer-based services to low-income and otherwise vulnerable seniors to help them age at home and provide a service that helps seniors navigate and gain access to services provided by other organizations active in the local area
Scaling Up for Seniors stream
Provides funding to expand services that have already demonstrated results in helping seniors
