The expected outcomes of the Sectoral Initiatives Program are: .• Increased awareness of sectoral labour market information, national occupational standards, and certification/accreditation regimes among partners, stakeholders, employers and job seekers; .• Improved capacity of partners, stakeholders, employers and job seekers through the creation of relevant LMI, national occupation standards, and certification and accreditation regimes; .• Improved dissemination, transfer and application of knowledge and information among partners, stakeholders, employers and job seekers;.• Enhanced use of sectoral labour market information, national occupational standards, and certification/accreditation regimes in response to expected labour market needs; .• Enhanced integration of sectoral labour market information, national occupational standards, and certification/accreditation regimes into programming, services and policies; and .• Increased matching of skilled labour. .
