Reaching Home aims to prevent and reduce homelessness across Canada. This is accomplished by mobilizing partners at the federal, provincial/territorial and community levels, as well as the private and voluntary sectors, and other stakeholders, to address barriers to well-being faced by those who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.

Expected Results:

Through Canada’s COVID-19 Economic Response Plan, these Agreements are providing targeted support to Persons Experiencing Homelessness and At Risk of Homelessness, as these individuals and communities are particularly vulnerable during the COVID-19 crisis.
Communities across Canada that have a significant issue with homelessness and will have increased supports for their vulnerable populations through
Reaching Home. This is accomplished by mobilizing partners at the federal, provincial/territorial and community levels, as well as the private and voluntary sectors, and other stakeholders, to address barriers to well-being faced by those who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.
