Description:
The Domestic Stream of SERP funds research and events in order to increase collaboration and strengthen relationships with key partners and stakeholders to better understand current and emerging employment and social development issues of importance to Canadians. The research projects and events funded will increase the body of knowledge available to all Canadians, and, improve decision-making processes for Canadians and Canadian policy makers.

The Domestic Stream of SERP will: - Provide funding to domestic organizations for conducting research and organizing events on emerging employment and social development issues that previously could not have been funded under existing grant and contribution programs. -Build relationships with domestic organizations are built and maintained on files related to emerging employment and social development issues; and -Contribute to the development of sound research and domestic best practices on emerging employment and social development issues.
