The purpose of New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) is to ensure that seniors can benefit from, and contribute to, the quality of life in their communities. This can be facilitated by projects that support active living, mentoring, volunteering and increase awareness of all forms of elder abuse. This recognizes that their social participation is key to maintaining their well-being, dignity and quality of life.
