Description:
The objectives of this project are to create better understandings and consensus among key stakeholders about: the employment framework for the green building industry, key skills gaps of building operations; and to elaborate a strategic action plan for addressing current and anticipated skills gaps for green building operations. The action plan will document mechanisms that will assist building operators in adapting to the requirements of an increasingly sophisticated, more energy-efficient, and sustainably built environment in the commercial and institutional sector.
