The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) will establish a Project Review Committee (PRC) to develop a volunteer National Standard (the Standard) of Canada (NSC) for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. The Standard will also enhance the cost effectiveness of Canadian businesses improve overall risk management and encourage better corporate social responsibility which in turn will increase organizational recruitment and retention.
