Description:
This project will replace 43 tree grates on the main street corridor within the Riverside BIA catchment area in Toronto to increase accessibility and develop a public space. Construction will include replacing existing raised tree grates with steel tree grates flush with the sidewalk which will improve accessibility, increased space for passage while still providing street trees protection from soil and root compaction and allow for rain water percolation.
