Description:
This project will expand and re-build the Brampton Tennis Club clubhouse at Roselea park in Brampton. Improvements will include a raised, one-story building with large, glazed windows to optimize views of the courts, a large viewing deck and accessibility ramp. The clubhouse will meet the requirements of members with fully accessible interior spaces including a lounge area, kitchenette, universal washroom facilities and showers. The project will also support the development of outdoor spaces with wide accessible pathways and seating, a new tennis court and green space.
