All Nations Outreach will expand life-saving services to address the severe overdose crisis affecting Indigenous people in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. The initiative will provide overdose prevention, harm reduction services, safe transportation, and culturally grounded programming to support trauma-informed care. By increasing access to Indigenous-led healing and culturally specific services, the initiative will save lives, reduce overdose risks, and strengthen long-term community resilience in this high-risk area.
