This initiative will strengthen Sweetgrass First Nation’s capacity to respond to the local overdose crisis by providing training in naloxone use and crisis debriefing. It will deliver skills training and develop processes to ensure coordinated responses. The initiative will equip community members to address overdoses and related harms confidently while providing ongoing support and guidance. By building local capacity, it will enhance safety and preparedness in the community.
