This project will expand street outreach, prevention, diversion, and Welcoming Streets programs to address the growing needs across the city. Activities will include transportation support through two vans and the distribution of outreach supplies to promote health, dignity, and harm reduction. The project will enhance safety, help prevent overdoses, and ease strain on shelters and public spaces.
