Grants and Contributions:
Through activities undertaken with the contribution, the CanCOVID Network is expected to achieve the following results: a) Engage and coordinate relevant communities (e.g. researchers, patients, industry leaders) to provide the government with line-of-sight on COVID-19 related science and research; b) Provide a resource for the scientific community and policy-makers to engage with its stakeholders (e.g. patients,industry, policy makers) through various forums, including communication platforms, social media webinars, and other public knowledge translation activities; and c) Develop evidence-based papers on the state of scientific knowledge that will help to inform the Government of Canada and other interested stakeholders.
2020/21 to 2021/22,
CanCOVID is a pan-Canadian Network comprised of researchers and experts from across Canada seeking to facilitate a rapid, coordinated and transdisciplinary approach to sharing and providing the most current information on COVID-19 related science and research to help inform Canadians during the pandemic.
