(Short/Medium-term): Women entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses have access to programs and services to start, maintain and grow their businesses and are aware of the supports and partnerships available to them.
(Long-term): Women entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses sustain their businesses, and an overall increased participation of entrepreneurs from equity deserving groups in entrepreneurship and SMEs'

Women Entrepreneurship Loan Fund will provide affordable financing in
smaller amounts for women entrepreneurs, particularly for start-ups,
underrepresented groups or sole proprietorships which may experience
more difficulty in accessing financing.
