Program Purpose:

The objective of the program is to ensure Canadians that are under-represented in the digital economy have the necessary skills to engage with computers, mobile devices and the Internet safely and effectively, and to participate and benefit from the digital economy. This will be done by supporting not-for-profit organizations in the delivery of new or expanded digital literacy skills training initiatives
