Computers for Schools Intern Program
Program Purpose:
The objective of the Computers for Schools Interns Program is to:
-Produce ready-to-use digital devices for schools, libraries, not-for-profit organizations, Indigenous communities, and eligible low-income individuals;
-build partnerships that contribute to reducing the environmental footprint of electronic surplus by refurbishing and re-using surplus computer assets; and
-help young Canadians of diverse backgrounds and genders gain work experience and develop a variety of advanced digital skills and important soft-skills such as project management, teamwork, and communications.
