Grants and Contributions:
This project will enable Canada to leverage its natural resources to convert abundant, low-value propane into high-quality, high-value solid polypropylene resin pellets, a product widely used across many industries. This process benefits the environment by displacing carbon dioxide emissions when propane is converted to polypropylene resin. This project anticipates the creation of 175 new full-time jobs and will maintain 175 full-time jobs within Canada.
The amendment has been completed to extend the agreement end date from December 31, 2029 to December 31, 2030. This is a partially repayable contribution.
