Grants and Contributions:

The expected results of the Program are to develop affordable and eventually commercially available new technology for Canadians with disabilities. This new technology will provide Canadians with disabilities, improved access to the digital economy, while also enhancing their employability and marketability.

The Accessible Technology Program co-funds projects led by research institutes, private sector companies and not-for-profit organizations to develop innovative assistive and adaptive digital devices and technologies for persons with disabilities to facilitate their participation and inclusion in the digital economy.
