This project will include upgrades to the community arena’s energy efficiency, accessibility, and health concerns. The work will include roof and ceiling repair, wall and ceiling insulation, replacing the ice plant mechanical system, replacing the ventilation, the removal of black mold, the replacement of plumbing fixtures, and overall making the building more accessible by adding ramps and accessible washrooms.
