The purpose of Middleton's Transportation Master Plan is to prepare and support the Town for future growth, address current issues and increases in traffic of all modes in the most sustainable way possible. The objectives of the Plan will be to provide the Town with a multi-modal transportation plan that: Guides Active Transportation policy, infrastructure development, and community connectivity, Integrates accessibility and access for individuals of all ages, abilities and circumstances, Encourages economic development and future growth of the Town, Integrates climate mitigation practices, Integrates with the Town’s Asset Management Program.
