"This project will address safety concerns with the existing trail under Lorne Bridge adjacent to the Grand River. The project will realign the existing trail north of the embankment to move it away from the River to address the steep decline that currently causes many conflict points between pedestrians and cyclists. This project will fill the current trail and close it and formalize the trail that exists north that is at a level grade which needs to be set with asphalt to be formalized."
