The Roster of Climate and Infrastructure Experts (Roster) will provide communities with technical climate and infrastructure expertise to support them in strengthening low carbon and climate resilience considerations into their infrastructure projects. The Roster Administrator will match municipalities with pre-qualified experts on climate and infrastructure issues over four years (2024 – 2028) through a collaborative, consultative process.
