Description:
The project includes the installation of new sidewalk along a busy collector road that has been identified by the municipality and active transportation plans since 2013. The specific installation involves: site excavation, building base, 1200m2 of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, backfilling and landscaping to affected areas. Key outputs include 1km of new sidewalk to support community safety and decrease vehicle use and subsequent emissions.
