Description:
Following a safety study, geotechnical analyses and recurrent flooding, it is necessary to repair and rebuild the dam on rue de la Sarcelle that holds back Lake Écluse. The dam's discharge structure is also undersized for climate change and causes flooding in the upstream sector during recurrent rainfall. The objective of the project is to rebuild the dam to ensure its sustainability and resilience to climate change, as well as to provide public safety.
