The project submitted to the ATF is the first phase of planning for the creation of an active transportation backbone in Scott with the goal of submitting a capital project application in 2023 for the completion of THE Scott Multi-Trail. The creation of a trail of this scale will be a first for the municipality of Scott, which has been working for years to make active travel safe while providing recreational infrastructure open to all residents.
