The project will deliver drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure across key sites to enable residential development. The project will support approximately 3,310 new housing units, including high-density and subdivision developments, by expanding servicing capacity in coordination with Niagara Region. This will increase housing supply and support community growth.
