This program operates under the umbrella of the Wellness Court, in collaboration with the Public Prosecution office, Legal Aid, the Territorial Judiciary, RCMP, the Department of Health and Social Services and other government departments and NGO's. It is modeled on a strength-based approach, meaning that it is centered on a trusting relationship between the client and Case Manager. In order to achieve success, goals must be worked on with service treatment providers and must be realistic.
