Description:
The project aims to reduce the barriers associated with exiting prostitution in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to reduce the incidence of relapse related to those barriers and increase the resources available to people wishing to exit prostitution. The project will provide prior learning assessments, mentorship, financial literacy programs, as well as outreach and transitional support to assist sellers of sexual services in transition. The project will also increase the community's understanding and perception of issues related to prostitution.
