Description:
The project will offer students in the Nunavut Law Program (NLP) the ability to participate in experiential learning in legal advocacy and provide NLP students with guest lecturers on Arctic, Inuit and Circumpolar issues. A legal clinic in Iqaluit will also be established providing students with hands on law practice experience. The NLP will also hold cultural skills programming as well as Inuktut legal terminology and traditional law lectures reflecting the needs and priorities of Nunavut.
