CliquezJustice.ca is a digital platform created in 2012 that provides legal resources for Francophone litigants outside Quebec to support their access to justice. The Content management system (CMS) on which this platform is based should make it possible to classify and consult increasing data from year to year while improving the platform as needed. However, CliquezJustice.ca currently operates the Drupal 7 CMS, which will soon be obsolete. It has therefore become imperative to migrate to Drupal 9, a modern CMS capable of ensuring the proper operation of CliquezJustice.ca for many years
