Description:
This project will serve the needs of diverse and underserved families experiencing separation and divorce through the development of an Atlantic Branch of the National Self Represented Litigants Project (NSRLP). The project will focus on assisting self-represented litigants (SRLs) involved in the family law system to understand how the Divorce Act amendments and the rollout of the Unified Family court across the province may affect them. As part of the project, there will be presentations to SRLs in Nova Scotia, as well as community workers who may work with them.
