This project will meet the needs of diverse and underserved families experiencing separation or divorce by leading information workshops on family law that will cover a variety of topics, including: divorce and separation, custody of the children and parenting, child and spousal support, alimony, mediation and settlement agreements, awareness of the roles and responsibilities of parents. In addition, the project will develop a simple one page document that will explain the family justice system in plain language.
