Description:
Training for justice worker and committee in mediation and recruitment/training of new worker that would work specifically with family mediation. The program would provide mediation in non-criminal events, and self-referred family issues. Services would be provided to the Decho communities (6 in total), a combination of remote communities accessed via gravel road, ice-road, and fly-in. Traditional culture will be brought into the mediation and with the programming for participants.
