The 519 will expand their Access to Justice and Legal Initiative programs to include a dedicated project focused specifically on the needs and experiences of racialized clients by increasing access to legal information,advice and navigation support. This project aims to enable racialized LGBTQS2 community members to meaningfully engage with and participate in the justice system and also to improve the capacity of legal professionals and institutions to protect the rights of racialized LGBTQS2 community members.
