This project will support a NALSC-wide training session for the Restorative Justice Team on facilitating circles relating to Sexual Assault or Domestic Violence focused on trauma-informed practices, applying an intersectional feminist lens, exploring the roots of sexual harm, the needs of people impacted, and options/models for responses. Due to the intense nature of this topic, staff will also explore holistic self-care options.
