This multi-year project in British Columbia will develop a Metis specific training program to educate justice professionals. Their program will support Metis cultural learning tailored to the justice system as well as non-Metis Canadians. This project will also help to connect Metis people to their culture and community as they will work with 38 Metis Chartered communities across BC to benefit government and justice professionals on the criminal justice system.
