Description:

The Improving Family and Criminal Courtwork Services at SPAQ Project will consist of hiring a consultant/coordinator to identify specific training needs of each employee to facilitate their adoption to a changing environment (Family Courtwork, Gladue, etc.), and review the current internal policies. The consultant/coordinator will also plan, organize, and deliver separate in-person meetings with each Courtworker, local judicial interveners, and government officials. They will plan a two-day training session with approximately 22 Indigenous Courtworkers.
