Description:
The Training for Virtual and Hybrid Courtworks Project will hold a virtual session of approximately 50 Indigenous Courtworkers from the Yukon, British Columbia to identify common barriers to working in a hybrid environment. A training module will then be developed and delivered in a 3-day face-to-face session in the Yukon. This project will ensure that Indigenous Courtworkers have the knowledge, connections, and specific skills needed for working in a virtual or hybrid world, resulting in better client outcomes.
