Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak Inc. will host a 3-day Healing Gathering for Families of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and 2SLGBTQQIA+ People (MMIWG2S+) and Survivors of gender-based violence. The gathering will include activities such as art empowerment, healing workshops, grief and loss workshops, traditional craft making, traditional feasting, and will provide opportunity for spiritual connection and healing through Elder and Knowledge Keeper guidance and participation in spiritual activities.
