The Indigenous Victims of Crime Program aims to provide a trauma-informed wrap-around service model for Indigenous victims in Simcoe County that will increase access to justice and provide a voice in a culturally safe manner to help victims and survivors navigate their healing journey. It will also allow for the expansion of relationships with justice stakeholders to provide effective education, training and advocacy to effect positive change for Indigenous victims of crime within the justice system.
