Description:
This project will engage with employers in the tourism and hospitality industries in British Columbia to support the creation of workplaces free of sexual harassment through culture change. The project will support the implementation of action plans within workplaces to address sexual harassment, will develop a workplace sexual harassment investigation and reporting training course, and will expand the training and resources to newcomers, under-represented, non-English and vulnerable workers.
