The Healing Pathways Project will focus on providing trauma-informed, culturally appropriate services to Indigenous women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals in Saskatchewan who are victims of crime, particularly gender-based violence. The initiative is designed to promote healing, safety, and access to culturally responsive support systems for the most marginalized in Indigenous communities, and aims to empower survivors by developing leadership and advocacy skills that will enable them to become advocates within their communities.
