Description:
The Outreach Support Circles Initiative project has three main objectives: to create a culturally safe, Indigenous-led and community-based healing space for Indigenous victims of crime; to create relationships and healing between participants and service providers; and to support the healing of Indigenous victims of crime while building inter-agency relationships with service providers. Through the Outreach Support Circles initiative, the project will enable a better understanding of community needs and bridge gaps in victim services and community connections while providing healing services for Indigenous victims of crime.
